Hello! My name is Kelly Riordan. Graphic designer. Creative Director. Owner of Riordan Design & Marketing (RiordanDM). Let me tell you a little about myself.

For as long as I can remember, I wanted to be an artist. Growing up, I could often be found carrying a sketchbook and pencil with me. I would draw the world around me and do portraits of the special people in my life. I also would create flyers and posters for school events, design yearbook covers, and dream up advertisements for major brands. 

Knowing I wanted a career in art, I attended The College of New Jersey (formerly Trenton State College), graduating summa cum laude with a BFA in Advertising Design and specialization in Creative Direction. Over the years, my career included working in both corporate and agency environments, where I designed for a range of businesses and organizations, including Traveler’s Mortgage Servies, GE Capital Mortgage, Toll Brothers, Kimble/Kontes Glass, Flagship Resort Development, Ocean Yachts, Silverton Yachts, …just to name a few.

As my career advanced, and wishing to be more involved in the entire creative process, I decided to go out on my own in 2005. I opened RiordanDM, a graphic design studio serving businesses of all sizes (though I admit that I have a special affinity for startups) and locations along the east coast.

The work created at RiordanDM is driven by marketing, my “reason why.” Before I can even start to sketch out a concept, I get to know you and your business, taking into account your company’s product or service, your target audience, and your goals. Your business is the center of the creative process and what my creative energy revolves around. The goal is to provide you and your business with “Solutions on Point.”
